Tomatoes with Chili-Cilantro Vinaigrette
serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 ea tomatoes, sliced
- 1/3 C water
- 3 T cider vinegar
- 1 T red onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 t cilantro, minced
- 1/8 t sugar
- 1/8 t dry mustard
- 1/8 t paprika
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/8 t chili powder
- 1/8 t garlic powder
Instructions
- Bring all the ingredients except the tomatoes to a boil, then remove from heat and allow to cool.
- Dress the tomatoes, plate and serve.
